Who Should Take This Course?

The course has been designed specifically for people who work in an office environment, who mainly work at a computer. It discusses how the computer’s user, and the workspace fit together, to ensure that risks don’t develop over time.

Course Structure

The course has been developed incorporating graphics, animation, games and voiceover to create a rich interactive experience, that helps maintain the learners’ interest throughout the course, as well as making the subject easy to learn.

Course Content

  • Take a DSE Risk Assessment
  • Recognise Common Risks
  • Understand the consequences of those risks
  • Set up your workstation

Assessment

The online assessment is taken on completion of the course. The assessment comprises of  questions including multiple choice, true or false and matching, with a minimum of 70% required to pass.  On satisfactory completion, the student will be issued with an E Learning Certificate.

Duration

It is estimated the course will take two hours to complete (this includes completing DSE risk assessment). The course can be completed in one sitting or multiple sessions depending on the learners’ requirements.
