What if I don't have an email address?
If you don’t have an email address you can enter a dummy email address.
Follow the format *your-name*date*@totrainacademy.co.uk to ensure it is unique.
eg. joebloggs01012015@totrainacademy.co.uk
Where do I access courses that I have purchased?
You can find a list of all the courses you have purchased in the My Account section.
You can also jump straight to courses in the course quick links menu.
How do access the old academy?
You can still access the old Holchem Academy by clicking here.
How do I get my certificate?
There are 2 ways to access the certificate you receive when you complete a course.
1. Upon successful completion of a course quiz. There will be a link to view your certificate above the complete course button.
2. If you wish to access your certificate later on though, go to My Account, by clicking the link in the top menu.
Once in my account you will be able to view the courses you are registered on.
To go straight to the course just click the course title.
To access your course progress click the arrow next to the course title.
This will expand the course information.
To access your certificate click the certificate icon.
